Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 90-day return period, starting from the day you receive your package. Please ensure that your return shipment is sent back to us within these 90 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped with Track & Trace, and customers must provide the tracking number once the return has been processed to ensure efficient tracking.
- Lingerie and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- During special promotions, returns of discounted items will be refunded as store credit only.

If a return parcel is lost, untracked, or never arrives at our return location, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund — as the item was never successfully returned to us.
BUNDLE POLICY
To keep our bundle offers fair for all customers, please note the following:
- Items purchased as part of a bundle deal cannot be returned individually.
- For example, if you purchase 2 items to receive a bundle discount, both items must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
- If only part of a bundle is returned, we reserve the right to decline the refund or adjust the refund amount to reflect the regular (non-bundled) price.
- Products received through a 1+1 offer are considered part of a bundle, and the same return conditions apply.
RETURN COSTS
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense and will vary depending on your location and chosen courier. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
Customs clearance fees may apply for returns, and the customer is responsible for covering these fees. Once the customs fees are settled, your order will be released and forwarded to our warehouse.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure a fast exchange.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. You can track the arrival of your package via your Track & Trace link. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
COLOR DIFFERENCES
Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor display settings. We make every effort to ensure our product photos are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Some products may slightly differ from advertised images and descriptions due to manufacturing processes, material variations, or small design updates. These differences do not qualify as defects.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The cancellation period is 90 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Concept Clothing) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

How do I return my order?

Please contact our customer service team to check availability. If the product is sold out after you’ve already registered your return, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have trouble locating it, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@cnptclothing.com with a photo of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.
What if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
Returns must be processed within the 90-day return period. If this is not possible, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact our support team to discuss available options.
